Since our embroidered items are made specifically for you—tailored to your specifications in terms of size, shape, and colors—we cannot accept returns on custom orders once they are in production or have shipped. Customized items are unique to you, and we cannot resell them.

Once we order the materials, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly to avoid any fees.

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an embroidered item that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us. Do you charge for digitizing?

To explain our embroidery pricing, we charge a one-time fee to create the digital embroidery file. This fee is separate from the cost of your first order, making it transparent rather than hidden in the price of the garment or embroidery. By handling it this way, you only pay this fee once, not every time you place an order.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
